Raising a digital native requires the 5 D’s approach; which is:
1- Delay technology use and ownership till a reasonable level of responsibility is shown.
2- Develop technological literacy for kids to be able to know what’s right and wrong in regards of using technology
3- Define boundaries and #netiquette from a young age.
4- Diminish negative impact of technology on social interactions
5-Demonstrate proper use of technology yourself to show a role model for your kids.
